Apple is seeking a System Product Design Engineer - Interconnect to contribute to the design of innovative interconnect technologies for their next generation of devices. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize skills in AutoCAD, Adobe XD, and Figma. This role is based in Cupertino, California.
You have a strong background in product design, particularly in interconnect technologies, with experience in creating high-speed and high-power interconnects. Your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple design tradeoffs effectively while maintaining a focus on user experience. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with various teams, including Industrial Design and Hardware Engineering, to drive innovative solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at balancing numerous program needs simultaneously. Your passion for technology and design is evident in your work, and you are committed to creating products that enhance user experiences.
Experience with wireless interfaces and charging accessories is a plus. Familiarity with industry standards and practices in product design will help you excel in this role. A background in working with overseas manufacturers can also be beneficial.
