What you'll do

As an Engagement Specialist at HelloFresh, you will lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of employee engagement activities and events, such as team-building exercises and year-end parties. You will conduct and analyze employee satisfaction surveys, providing management with insights to create effective action plans based on feedback. Your role will involve evaluating and recommending improvements to company culture and climate to boost employee satisfaction. You will design and deliver training programs for both leaders and employees on topics related to engagement, conflict resolution, and stress management. Additionally, you will conduct exit interviews to gather insights that can help improve employee retention and overall well-being.
