You are an enthusiastic and driven individual eager to start your career in solution consulting. You possess a curiosity about customer needs and a desire to learn how to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Your ability to communicate clearly and build trust with customers will be essential as you embark on this journey. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours to meet business needs, demonstrating your commitment to supporting your team and customers.

Desirable

While not required, any prior experience in customer-facing roles or familiarity with SaaS products will be beneficial as you grow in this position. A background in technical sales or consulting will also help you navigate the challenges of the role more effectively.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Consultant I at ZoomInfo, you will partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to support discovery calls, helping to understand customer goals and challenges. You will assist in preparing and delivering solution demonstrations, learning from experienced Solution Consultants along the way. Your role will involve engaging with customers to identify their needs and ensuring they maximize the value of the ZoomInfo platform. You will develop your technical, presentation, and consulting skills through hands-on experience and collaboration with various teams, including Product and Engineering.
