SpotHero is seeking a Growth Manager II to drive revenue growth through relationship building and client consultation. You'll work closely with parking partners to optimize performance and enhance their experience with the SpotHero platform.

You have a strong background in account management or growth roles, ideally with experience in the technology or service industry. You excel at building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from the services provided. Your analytical skills allow you to assess market needs and optimize offerings effectively. You are a strategic thinker who can balance partner needs with business objectives, developing tailored solutions that benefit all stakeholders. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and team members alike. You are driven by results and have a proven track record of achieving growth targets through effective engagement and consultation.

What you'll do

As a Growth Manager II at SpotHero, you will be responsible for obtaining new parking supply from current partners while collaborating with other Revenue Team functions to optimize performance at existing locations. You will analyze and optimize SpotHero's parking supply across assigned markets, ensuring that partner needs are met while aligning with SpotHero's offerings. Your role will involve developing and nurturing productive long-term client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to parking partners. You will lead prospective and existing clients to SpotHero's product offerings through tailored commercial insights and engagement strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with the Southeast team to drive revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling of new products and features. Your insights will help shape the future of SpotHero's offerings, ensuring that both partners and customers benefit from the platform's capabilities.
