You have extensive experience in technical leadership, particularly in managing complex NOC incidents and providing expert guidance on data center infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud, and security issues. You are adept at leading root cause analysis for major incidents and recurring problems, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service quality standards. Your background includes overseeing 24x7 NOC operations, where you have demonstrated your ability to manage service delivery effectively. You thrive in environments that require a high level of technical expertise and are committed to driving sustained business success through efficient IT management.
Experience with AI technologies and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure management will be advantageous. You are familiar with the latest trends in IT security and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. In this role, you will act as the highest-level technical escalation point for complex NOC incidents, providing expert guidance and support to your team.
