You have a proven track record in engineering management, with experience leading cross-functional teams that include product managers, engineers, and designers. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowers team members to take ownership of their work. You possess strong technical knowledge and are comfortable engaging with engineers on complex technical discussions. You have experience in managing projects that require a balance of technical expertise and strategic thinking. Experience in the fintech industry or a strong understanding of banking products would be a plus. Monzo offers a competitive salary range of £110,500 - £145,000, along with stock options and a comprehensive benefits package.
