Anthropic is seeking a Go-To-Market Recruiter to establish and scale teams across Sales, Post-Sales, Partnerships, Applied AI, and Revenue Operations in the APAC region. You'll leverage AI tools and develop culturally-informed sourcing strategies to attract top talent in Japan and Korea.
You have a strong background in recruiting, particularly in Go-To-Market roles, with experience in full-cycle recruiting across various functions. You thrive in ambiguous environments and excel at building relationships across diverse cultural and business contexts. Your ability to bridge cultural gaps and maintain high standards is essential for success in this role. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of establishing recruiting infrastructure and processes in new regions. You understand the nuances of talent acquisition strategy and can adapt global practices for local markets.
Experience in recruiting for technology or AI-related roles is a plus. Familiarity with the APAC market, particularly Japan and Korea, will help you navigate the unique challenges and opportunities in these regions. You are comfortable using AI tools to innovate recruiting processes and drive efficiency. Your consultative approach to partnering with regional leaders will ensure that you provide valuable guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
In this role, you will drive full-cycle recruiting for multiple Go-To-Market teams while establishing recruiting infrastructure and processes in the APAC region. You will develop culturally-informed sourcing strategies to attract top talent across Japan and Korea, with potential expansion to broader APAC markets. Partnering with regional leaders and HQ, you will provide consultative guidance on talent acquisition strategy, ensuring that local practices align with global standards. You will leverage AI tools, including Claude, to innovate recruiting processes and enhance efficiency. Your role will be instrumental in building exceptional teams from the ground up, contributing to Anthropic's mission of creating reliable and beneficial AI systems.
