Handshake is seeking Social and Community Service Managers to contribute to an AI research project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide structured feedback. No AI experience is required for this contract position.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in social and community service management or related fields. Your background equips you to evaluate and train AI models effectively, ensuring they understand workplace tasks and language relevant to your expertise. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to deliver clear and structured feedback on AI outputs. You are open to learning new skills and adapting to the evolving landscape of AI applications in your field. You understand the importance of administrative procedures and can oversee and implement them to achieve objectives set by senior management.
Experience in AI or technology-related projects is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with evaluating content and providing constructive feedback will enhance your contributions to the project. A willingness to engage with AI tools and methodologies will be beneficial as you navigate this innovative research opportunity.
In this role, you will participate in an hourly, temporary AI research project, contributing your expertise to evaluate AI models. You will develop prompts that reflect your field and assess the responses generated by the AI. Your insights will help strengthen the model's understanding of workplace tasks and language. You will work asynchronously and independently, allowing you to balance this opportunity with other commitments.
