ShipMonk is hiring a Key Account Manager to serve as a growth partner for merchants, providing cutting-edge technology and support. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a focus on customer success.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the logistics or e-commerce sectors. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You understand the importance of being a trusted partner to your clients, and you thrive on helping them achieve their business goals. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
Experience in a 3PL or e-commerce environment is a plus, as is familiarity with fulfillment technologies. You are comfortable using data to drive decisions and have a knack for problem-solving. A background in sales or customer success can also be beneficial, as it complements your account management skills.
As a Key Account Manager at ShipMonk, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
