You have experience in manual testing and are comfortable executing detailed instructions to test device and application features. You are proactive in identifying gaps in operating procedures and suggesting improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. You understand the importance of delivering high-quality results while meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance with policies regarding confidential information. You are eager to learn and understand the flow of work related to the projects you are involved in.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for executing manual tests based on documented task instructions. You will contribute to the Quality Services organization by ensuring that all testing is performed accurately and meets the defined targets. You will participate in training sessions to share knowledge with your team and assist colleagues in resolving queries. Your role will also involve identifying any gaps in the operating procedures and suggesting changes to improve the testing process. You will be expected to deliver high-quality results consistently while adhering to all applicable policies for securing confidential information. Additionally, you will learn about the project workflows to better understand the context of your testing responsibilities.
