Job Description

DevRev

At DevRev, we’re building the future of work with Computer – your AI teammate.

Computer is not just another tool. It’s built on the belief that the future of work should be about genuine human connection and collaboration – not piling on more apps.
Computer is the best kind of teammate: it amplifies your strengths, takes repetition and frustration out of your day, and gives you more time and energy to do your best work.

How?

Easy: it’s the only platform capable of…

Complete data unification
Most AI products focus on either structured data (like CRM records and support tickets), or unstructured data (like documents and emails). Computer AirSync connects everything, unifying all your data sources (like Google Workspace, Jira, Notion) into one AI-ready source of truth: Computer Memory.

Powerful search, reasoning, and action
Once connected to all your tools and apps, Computer is embedded in your full business context. It can find and summarize, sure. Even more impressive: it offers employees insights, strategic and proactive suggestions, plus powerful agentic actions.

Extensions for your teams and customers
Computer doesn’t make you choose between new software and old. Its AI-native platform lets you extend existing tools with sophisticated apps and agents. So your teams – and your customers – can take action, seamlessly. These agents work alongside you: updating workflows, coordinating across teams, and syncing back to your systems.

This isn’t just software. Computer brings people back together, breaking down silos and ushering in the future of teamwork, through human-AI collaboration. Stop managing software. Stop wasting time. Start solving bigger problems, building better products, and making your customers happier.

We call this Team Intelligence. It’s why DevRev exists.

Trusted by global companies across multiple industries, DevRev is backed by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield, with $150M+ raised. We are 650+ people, across eight global offices.

About Us:
At DevRev, we are dedicated to fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment. We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is ambitious and authentic, ready to take on the challenges of supporting our executive team with efficiency and professionalism.

Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting our CXO by providing comprehensive administrative assistance, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities and special projects. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage tasks with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Deliver full-spectrum administrative support to the CXO, managing schedules, meetings, and travel plans to enhance efficiency and focus.
  • Calendar Management: Strategically organise and prioritise the CXO’s calendar to maximise productive time, ensuring seamless scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary communication link between the CXO and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely exchanges.
  • Meeting Coordination: Efficiently manage meeting logistics, including the preparation of agendas, minute taking, and the tracking of follow-up tasks.
  • Document Preparation: Support in drafting, editing, and proofreading documents to produce high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Event Planning: Organise and oversee special events, company-wide meetings, and engagements, ensuring successful execution from inception to post-event activities.
  • Project Management: Assist on various strategic projects requiring the CXO’s engagement, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, ensuring all logistics, including flights, hotels, and transportation are meticulously planned.
  • Confidentiality: Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity when managing sensitive information.
  • Special Initiatives: Provide support on special projects and assignments as they arise, adapting to the needs of the organisation and CXO.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Skills:

  • Organisational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other office management software.
  • Autonomous Operation: Capable of working independently, prioritising tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Discretion: High level of discretion, maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
