Carvana is seeking a Lead Auto Technician to perform extensive repairs and diagnostics on vehicles. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience and offers competitive hourly pay.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating a strong background in automotive mechanics. Your expertise includes performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work, as well as advanced vehicle diagnostics. You are skilled in repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues and have experience with installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. You are comfortable working on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure that every vehicle you work on meets high standards of safety and performance.
You possess certifications such as ASE, which further validate your skills and knowledge in the automotive field. Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools and technology in automotive repair is a plus, as is a willingness to participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and adapt to new automotive technologies.
As a Lead Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues. You will perform extensive repairs on vehicles, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Your role will involve advanced vehicle diagnostics, where you will utilize your expertise to identify and resolve complex issues.
