Esri is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities and enhance customer success. You'll engage with clients through calls and emails to generate sales. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused and goal-oriented.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving results by responding to inbound requests and executing a high volume of outbound calls and emails each day. Your primary goal will be to generate new sales opportunities that will fuel Esri's growth. You will demonstrate the ability to follow up, build sales relationships, and close business effectively. Utilizing both phone and electronic communication, you will manage and maintain a pipeline of target prospects, gathering information and vetting customer interest. You will proactively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate Esri solutions, working closely with sales teams to ensure a strong customer experience and timely handoff of accounts for ongoing support.
