Rain is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help clients integrate and scale with their stablecoin and blockchain infrastructure. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver reliable solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise and customer-facing communication skills.
You have a strong background in engineering, ideally with experience in blockchain technology and financial systems. You understand the intricacies of payments and remittances, and you are comfortable working with diverse clients to help them achieve their goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing technical tasks with customer interactions. You are curious and bold, always looking for innovative solutions to complex problems. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a knack for understanding client needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
Experience in DeFi or treasury automation is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise blockchain integrations.
