What you'll do

As a Talent Operations Intern at Xometry, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies. You will assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans. Additionally, you will help with the onboarding of new hires, managing paperwork and orientation processes, as well as supporting the offboarding process for departing employees. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals to gain valuable insights and contribute to the smooth functioning of our Talent Operations department.
