Overview

Axon is seeking a L&D Program Manager for U.S. Sales Readiness & Growth to enhance onboarding and enablement programs. This role requires strong leadership and process-oriented skills to ensure sales teams perform at their best.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in program management, particularly in learning and development, with a focus on sales readiness. Your experience includes developing and implementing training programs that drive performance and engagement within sales teams. You are process-minded and detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of the onboarding and training experience is seamless and effective. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about empowering others to succeed. Your strong communication skills enable you to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and a positive learning culture.

Desirable

Experience in sales enablement or training within a technology or SaaS company is a plus. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies will enhance your ability to create impactful training experiences. You are comfortable using data to assess training effectiveness and make informed decisions about program improvements. A background in sales or a deep understanding of sales processes will help you tailor programs to meet the specific needs of the sales organization.

What you'll do

As the L&D Program Manager for U.S. Sales Readiness & Growth, you will own the strategy and execution of onboarding and enablement programs for new and existing sales team members. You will facilitate onboarding sessions, ensuring that new hires have the resources and support they need to ramp up quickly. You will lead regular touchpoints with new hires and their managers to provide ongoing support throughout the 90-day journey. Your role will involve collaborating with sales leaders to identify training needs and develop programs that address skill gaps and enhance performance. You will continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Additionally, you will contribute to a culture of continuous learning by promoting ongoing development opportunities for sales professionals.
