What you'll do

As the Senior Director, Americas Controller, you will oversee all accounting functions within the Americas region. You will lead process transformation efforts to support Ripple's rapid growth, ensuring that all accounting practices are compliant with relevant standards. Your role will involve driving operational excellence and developing a high-performing accounting team. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to align accounting with broader business goals, implementing scalable systems and controls to ensure speed, accuracy, and compliance. You will be responsible for translating accounting needs into systems requirements and integration plans, proactively engaging in upstream product and revenue discussions. Additionally, you will collaborate with regional controllers to lead process redesign and standardization across global accounting functions, ensuring consistency and efficiency in financial operations.
