Sojern is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage travel advertising campaigns and foster relationships with key clients. This role requires strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a focus on client onboarding and campaign optimization.

You understand the importance of meeting unique KPIs and deadlines while managing a diverse portfolio of campaigns. Your proactive approach helps mitigate client churn, ensuring that you listen to client experiences and anticipate their needs. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering accurate results that build client confidence in Sojern.

What you'll do

As a Client Success Associate, you will oversee the management of travel advertising campaigns, ensuring that each campaign meets its unique goals. You will work closely with internal teams, including sales and ad operations, to efficiently launch and optimize campaigns. Your role will involve providing a positive onboarding experience for clients, setting clear expectations, and promptly addressing their requests. You will also be responsible for maintaining and growing Co-Op revenue by building strong relationships with DMO partners. Your ability to consult with clients and deliver key findings will be crucial in providing thoughtful recommendations that enhance their experience with Sojern.
