Workato is seeking a Commercial Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and drive engagement. You'll be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring successful adoption of the platform. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your excellent communication skills — you can articulate complex concepts in a way that resonates with diverse audiences. You are a fast learner who can independently conduct extensive research and synthesize ideas quickly, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
Experience in enterprise software or cloud solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with customer relationship management tools. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. A background in project management or operations can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As a Commercial Customer Success Manager at Workato, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and engagement.
