PandaDoc is seeking a Small Business Account Manager to drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships with small to medium-sized businesses. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams. This role requires strong account management skills and a focus on customer success.
You have experience in account management, particularly within the small to medium-sized business sector, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and built strong client relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to understand clients' businesses, challenges, and goals allows you to act as a trusted advisor, helping them achieve their objectives. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and are skilled at minimizing customer churn through effective relationship management. You are results-oriented, consistently exceeding targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized business accounts, focusing on driving significant revenue growth. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure that clients are adopting the product effectively and addressing their needs proactively. Regular account health reviews will be a key part of your responsibilities, where you will communicate the value clients are receiving and outline strategies for continued partnership and growth. You will also identify expansion opportunities within your assigned accounts, leveraging your understanding of their business challenges to propose solutions that drive value. Your role will require you to collaborate with various teams to align on strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
