Plaid is seeking an Account-Based Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of account-based marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams to drive high-quality pipeline and revenue. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with multi-channel marketing.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of how to drive measurable business impact through targeted marketing strategies. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and have a proven track record of translating complex go-to-market strategies into actionable plans. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage performance data effectively, optimizing narratives for strategic accounts. You are passionate about marketing and understand the nuances of engaging with high-value clients. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to serve as a central connector between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams. You are results-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact.

Desirable

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing channels such as paid social and content syndication. A background in finance or technology sectors can enhance your understanding of the market landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of account-based marketing initiatives aimed at driving high-quality pipeline and revenue for Plaid's priority segments. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in your marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing multi-channel activation plans that resonate with strategic accounts. You will analyze performance data across various channels, including paid social and display, to continuously optimize your marketing narrative. You will also be responsible for creating targeted content that speaks directly to the needs and pain points of your audience, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for clients. Your role will involve regular reporting on campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine your strategies and maintain Plaid's competitive edge.
