Verkada is seeking a National Channel Sales Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships with Physical Security Integrators. You'll collaborate across teams to build pipeline and execute channel strategies. This role requires strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in channel sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills have enabled you to successfully drive net new business and build strong partnerships. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to achieve measurable growth. Your ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly sets you apart as a leader in the field.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Your experience in the physical security industry is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the market. You are results-oriented, always looking for ways to optimize processes and drive efficiency in your sales strategies. You are passionate about technology and how it can enhance security solutions for organizations.
Experience working with cloud-based security solutions or physical security integrators is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI-powered platforms and their applications in security can give you an edge in this role. A background in developing and executing channel strategies will be beneficial as you work to expand Verkada's reach.
In this role, you will be pivotal in scaling Verkada's reach by developing and managing strategic partnerships with Physical Security Integrators nationally. You will drive net new business through the channel, building a robust pipeline and executing strategic plans that result in measurable growth. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities and create effective strategies that align with Verkada's mission.
You will work closely with marketing to develop campaigns that support channel growth and enhance brand visibility. Your role will require you to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met. You will also be responsible for training and supporting channel partners, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge to effectively sell Verkada's solutions.
As you build relationships with key stakeholders, you will represent Verkada at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative solutions and engaging with potential partners.
