Zscaler is seeking a Senior Services Sales Manager to drive the value of Professional Services in the Public Sector. You'll collaborate with internal teams to integrate service solutions into comprehensive proposals. This role requires experience in sales and a strong understanding of professional services.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the public sector, and understand the nuances of selling professional services. Your experience includes working closely with enterprise customers, demonstrating the value of services, and achieving sales quotas. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Architects to create comprehensive proposals that meet customer needs. You are driven by results and have a strong sense of accountability, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales targets. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the benefits of Zscaler's offerings effectively. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of the public sector landscape, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
Experience in cybersecurity or cloud services is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to convey the value of Zscaler's solutions. Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and how they apply to public sector organizations will give you an edge in this role. You are comfortable using CRM tools to track your sales activities and manage your pipeline effectively. A background in technical sales or consulting can also be beneficial, as it allows you to engage with technical stakeholders and address their concerns.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling the value of Zscaler's Professional Services to both prospective and existing enterprise customers in the public sector. You will work closely with internal teams to integrate services solutions into comprehensive proposals that address customer needs. Your primary focus will be on achieving your Services bookings quota within your assigned territory. You will engage with customers to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Zscaler's solutions can help them achieve their goals. You will also collaborate with the Professional Services & Consulting team to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on sales progress and customer feedback. You will participate in strategy sessions to refine your approach and share insights with your team. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position Zscaler effectively in the market.
