Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience managing strategic accounts. You excel at building relationships with senior stakeholders and understand the complexities of large organizations. Your ability to communicate the value of technology solutions is exceptional, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with cross-functional teams.

You are results-driven and have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Your experience in the tech industry, particularly with DevSecOps or AI-powered platforms, gives you a unique perspective on how to address customer needs effectively. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and can adapt your approach based on the specific requirements of each client.

You embrace innovation and are eager to incorporate AI into your sales strategies. You understand that technology is rapidly evolving, and you are committed to staying ahead of industry trends to provide the best solutions for your clients. You are also passionate about contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within your team.

Desirable

Experience in selling software solutions to enterprise clients is a plus. Familiarity with GitLab’s products or similar platforms will help you hit the ground running. You are a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and expansion within your accounts.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Account Executive at GitLab, you will own a portfolio of strategic and large enterprise customers in Israel. Your primary responsibility will be to help these clients realize the full value of GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You will engage with senior stakeholders to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how GitLab can address their needs.

You will be responsible for breaking into new enterprise accounts and expanding existing relationships. This involves conducting thorough research to identify potential clients, developing tailored sales strategies, and executing effective outreach campaigns. You will leverage your understanding of the software development lifecycle to position GitLab as a leader in the market.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that your clients receive the best possible experience. You will also provide feedback to these teams based on your interactions with customers, helping to shape the future of GitLab’s offerings.
