You have a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on supporting diverse and distributed teams. Your experience includes developing HR operations that enhance employee experience and ensure compliance across various regions. In this role, you will own the HR operations for Givebutter, focusing on onboarding and employee experience for our international teams. You will collaborate closely with People leadership to ensure that our HR practices are aligned with our mission of empowering changemakers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies that support our global workforce while maintaining compliance with local regulations. You will work to create a consistent and high-quality employee experience across Asia and Latin America, ensuring that all team members have the resources they need to succeed. You will also play a key role in enhancing our onboarding processes, making sure new hires feel welcomed and integrated into our culture from day one. Your ability to build structure and improve processes will be crucial as we continue to scale our organization. You will engage with employees to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to our HR practices, ensuring that we remain a Great Place to Work.
