Databricks is seeking an Emerging Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and deliver value to customers in Singapore. You'll leverage your experience in selling to Emerging Enterprise accounts and utilize a solution-based approach to create value. This role requires strong sales skills and familiarity with Salesforce.

Who you are

You have relevant experience selling to Emerging Enterprise accounts — you understand the sales process and are skilled at initiating and advancing conversations to deliver value. You excel at guiding deals to accelerate decision-making and articulating product value to customers and partners. You are comfortable switching between technical stakeholders and business buyer personas, connecting customer challenges to business value throughout the sales cycle. You are a self-starter who is passionate about solving business challenges and can develop strategies to engage all buying centers within your accounts.

Desirable

Experience with solution-based selling methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with data and AI technologies will enhance your ability to connect with clients effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assess your accounts and develop strategies to identify and engage all buying centers. You will use a solution-based approach to selling, creating value for existing accounts while identifying and closing quick wins. You will manage longer, complex sales cycles and track all customer details, including projects, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce. You will map whitespace opportunities across your defined territory and utilize methodologies to identify the most viable use cases in each account to maximize Databricks' impact. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to scale existing accounts effectively.
