Job Description

We're seeking a Product Manager to join our Productivity & Digital Innovation team, focusing on developing and implementing technical solutions that drive operational excellence across ATS. This role will own end-to-end product development for key operational tools, working closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key job responsibilities
• Define and execute product strategy for Supply Chain technology tools, translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Manage product roadmaps and feature prioritization across multiple technical products
• Partner with engineering teams to drive technical implementation and ensure successful product launches
• Create and maintain product documentation, including PRFAQs, business requirements, and technical specifications
• Drive data-driven decision making through metrics definition and analysis
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Tech, Operations, and Leadership teams
• Balance trade-offs between customer experience, technical feasibility, and business impact• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Product management experience or relevant technical experience
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellence in stakeholder management and communication• MBA or Master's degree
• Experience with supply chain operations or logistics technology
• Knowledge of automation systems and operational tools
• Track record of delivering measurable business impact through technical solutions
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
