Your technical expertise includes working with state-of-the-art technology such as conveyors, sortation systems, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) devices.

You thrive in a role that combines technical leadership with hands-on problem-solving — you enjoy diving into the details of automation systems while also managing team dynamics and project timelines. Your communication skills enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that operational goals align with broader business objectives.

Desirable

Experience with robotics and material handling equipment is a plus — you have a keen interest in the latest advancements in automation technology and how they can be applied to improve operational efficiency. Familiarity with performance metrics and data analysis tools will help you drive continuous improvement initiatives within your team.

Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers within the organization.

In this role, you will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and using data-driven insights to inform decision-making — your ability to interpret data will help you identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that your team consistently meets operational goals. You will play a key role in shaping the future of automation at Amazon, contributing to the company's mission of delivering exceptional service to customers worldwide.
