Reddit is seeking a 3rd Party Partnerships Manager to manage and scale partnerships across the EMEA region. You'll drive partner activation and work cross-functionally with various teams. This role requires strong relationship management skills and strategic planning.
You have a proven track record in managing partnerships and driving strategic initiatives. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you excel at building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners. Your ability to translate partnerships into actionable strategies is key to your success. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and execution of partnership goals. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to effectively convey ideas and strategies to both internal teams and external partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about driving growth through partnerships.
As the 3rd Party Partnerships Manager at Reddit, you will own the regional partner book across the advertising ecosystem.
