Guidepoint is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive business development within financial services in Tokyo. You'll develop and execute sales strategies targeting financial institutions across Asia. This role requires significant experience in sales and account management.
You have a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly within the financial services sector. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of selling to global and regional financial institutions and consulting businesses in Asia. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is exceptional, and you are motivated to help them make informed business decisions. You are results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets and performance metrics. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values diversity and inclusion.
Experience in strategic sales planning and account management is a plus. Familiarity with the financial services landscape in Asia will help you navigate client needs effectively. You are comfortable communicating market developments to both marketing and client service teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned in their efforts to support clients.
In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving revenue targets as part of the regional and global sales team. You will engage in strategic sales and account management planning, taking initiatives from concept to execution across various financial institutions in Asia. Setting targets, vision, and strategy will be key responsibilities, as you work to achieve agreed-upon performance metrics.
