You are proficient in Java and C#, and you understand the intricacies of developing for Windows, macOS, and web environments. You have a passion for writing secure, reliable, and scalable code, and you are familiar with testing automation and telemetry to ensure application performance in production.
You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with other engineers to take ideas from concept to implementation. You have experience leading design decisions and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence within your team. You are comfortable navigating complex technical challenges and enjoy the process of prototyping and shipping features that enhance user experiences.
Experience with AI-driven applications or productivity tools is a plus, as is familiarity with cross-platform design systems.
