You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in defining and delivering product capabilities. You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively across teams and functions to build successful platforms and systems. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate customer problems precisely and motivate your team to improve user experiences. You are driven by the opportunity to enhance the lives of users and are willing to do what it takes to get the job done. You are comfortable navigating complex product landscapes and enjoy experimenting to find the best solutions.
Experience in fintech or a related industry is a plus, as is familiarity with go-to-market strategies and product velocity. You have a knack for data-driven decision-making and are motivated by the chance to make a significant impact on the global economy through your work.
In this role, you will focus on defining and delivering capabilities that span product, backroom accounting, and end-user reporting. You will work closely with Stripe’s sellers and go-to-market teams to enhance their operational efficiency and support the expanding commercial portfolio. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with engineering, analytics, marketing, and design teams to build superior products that unlock product velocity and monetization in a compliant and scalable manner. You will also be responsible for improving the seller experience and core underlying capabilities, which will directly contribute to accelerating the sold funnel.
You will engage in user research to understand pain points and identify opportunities for improvement. Your role will involve defining success metrics and tracking performance to ensure that product initiatives align with business goals. You will lead cross-functional teams in sprint planning and execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the product development lifecycle. You will also be involved in competitive analysis to keep the product offerings relevant and impactful in the market.
