What you'll do

As an Associate Product Counsel at Dropbox, you will counsel on user privacy and data protection issues in a fast-paced environment — your role will involve investigating and assessing security and privacy incidents, analyzing legal responsibilities, and driving legal and regulatory responses. You will provide legal support to Dropbox’s incident response program, addressing a wide range of business issues beyond security and privacy. Your responsibilities will include advising on cross-functional company projects related to data protection, privacy by design, and the responsible use of AI and machine learning technologies. You will review new products and features for launch readiness, ensuring that they comply with legal standards and best practices. Your sophisticated advice will guide engineers working on security, threat intelligence, and abuse issues, helping them navigate the legal landscape effectively.
