Benevity is seeking an Account Executive to build lasting client relationships and drive sales of their solutions. You'll engage with enterprise clients and utilize a consultative approach to meet sales targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a focus on client needs.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new enterprise clients and exceeding sales goals. Your consultative approach allows you to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions, making you a trusted market expert. You thrive in engaging with both individual contributors and C-suite leaders, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You are highly motivated to exceed sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs, with a knack for storytelling and delivering compelling pitches. You are goal-focused and driven to consistently meet and exceed expectations, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
Experience in the technology sector or with social impact solutions would be a plus, as it aligns with Benevity's mission to help companies take social action. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will own the sales cycle from lead generation to close, fostering relationships with potential clients and guiding them through the buying process. You will be responsible for pipeline generation, account mapping, and strategic planning to drive sales of Benevity’s solutions. Your consultative selling approach will involve understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions that resonate with their goals. You will orchestrate the resources needed to win opportunities, ensuring that clients have a positive experience throughout the sales process. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and deliver exceptional service. Your efforts will contribute to building better cultures within Fortune 100 brands, as you help them leverage their power for good.
