What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of learning experiences that empower Rubrikans to reach their full potential. You will consult with Talent Development leaders to advise on optimal program operations and logistics, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company's vision of becoming a career development destination in cyber security. You will manage the operational logistics of various programs, ensuring that they run smoothly and effectively.

You will play a hands-on role in building and customizing existing signature programs, leveraging modern learning approaches to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Your work will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the learning and development initiatives meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

You will also contribute to global initiatives, sharing best practices and insights from your work in Bangalore. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of learning and leadership development at Rubrik, making a transformational impact on the company's culture and employee engagement.
