You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a marketing agency setting. You understand the intricacies of client relationships and are adept at providing strategic counsel to clients based on their unique business needs. Your ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior allows you to develop tailored marketing strategies that resonate with clients and their audiences. You excel in building strong, ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction while driving profitable results for the agency. You are a collaborative team player, working closely with internal teams to align on client objectives and deliver high-quality solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both clients and team members.
What you'll do
As the Account Director at Targetbase, you will be the right hand to the Vice President and/or Group Account Director, taking ownership of a significant portion of the business. You will maintain a thorough understanding of your clients' businesses, brands, and competitive environments, contributing to the development of effective marketing solutions. Your role will involve nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and providing sound business counsel on marketing-related topics. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive engagement. Additionally, you will oversee the scope of projects, ensuring that all elements are executed to meet client expectations and agency standards. Your strategic insights will help shape the direction of client campaigns, ultimately leading to successful outcomes.
