Invoca is seeking a Training and Enablement Program Manager to drive operational excellence within their Revenue Enablement function. You'll manage onboarding, logistics, and metrics tracking for over 200 team members. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in program management.
You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in training and enablement within a SaaS environment. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple projects and ensure that all customer-facing teams are equipped to perform at a high level. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are adept at bridging strategy and execution, ensuring that enablement processes run smoothly.
You understand the importance of metrics and data in driving performance and are comfortable using various tools to track progress and outcomes. Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to effectively collaborate with different teams and stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance the training experience for team members.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and onboarding processes is a plus. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts can be beneficial, given Invoca's focus on these technologies. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with ease.
As the Training and Enablement Program Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of Invoca’s Revenue Enablement function. You will own the systems and logistics that keep the training programs running smoothly for over 200 go-to-market team members. Your role will involve orchestrating onboarding processes, managing LMS content operations, and ensuring that all training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
You will be responsible for tracking metrics related to training effectiveness and team performance, providing insights that help shape future training initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment with Invoca’s strategic goals. You will also manage program logistics, ensuring that all training sessions are well-organized and executed flawlessly.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that the enablement engine runs seamlessly. You will work closely with the Director of Revenue Training & Enablement to drive the tactical rhythm of enablement, contributing to the overall success of Invoca’s customer-facing teams.
Invoca offers a competitive salary range of $94,000 to $115,000, plus bonus potential. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to fostering a culture of learning and growth.
