SolarWinds is seeking an Associate Renewal Sales Specialist to drive customer retention and manage renewal rates. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and requires strong account management skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer renewals, ensuring that each interaction is meaningful and productive. You will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and various internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and engineering teams, to facilitate smooth renewal processes. Your goal will be to develop trusted relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders, helping them realize the value of SolarWinds solutions. You will identify customer requirements and roadblocks, leveraging your account management skills to drive renewals to on-time closure. Additionally, you will partner with Customer Success and Account Executives to maximize account growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
