What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect at MongoDB, you will play a critical role in our Pre-Sales organization, working directly with customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements. You will guide them in designing and implementing solutions using MongoDB Atlas, ensuring that they can effectively modernize their applications and leverage the full power of our data platform. You will collaborate with sales executives to identify opportunities and develop strategies that align with customer goals. Your expertise will help customers navigate the complexities of deploying applications across multiple cloud environments, ensuring they achieve optimal performance and scalability.

You will also be responsible for conducting technical presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of MongoDB's solutions. Your role will involve engaging with customers throughout the sales process, from initial discussions to post-sale support, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing success. You will contribute to the development of best practices and resources that empower both customers and internal teams to maximize the value of our offerings.
