Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in supply chain or fulfillment processes. You understand the complexities of managing cross-functional teams and can drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including account managers, product managers, and finance partners. You are detail-oriented and can define and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure a seamless experience for sellers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work independently while also being a team player. You are passionate about enhancing customer experiences and are committed to delivering high-quality results.

Desirable

Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus, as is familiarity with fulfillment technologies. A background in data analysis or metrics-driven decision-making would be beneficial. You are adaptable and open to learning new tools and methodologies that can enhance your effectiveness in the role.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving transformative improvements in the Seller experience for Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) services. You will define the charter and goals for your initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement new processes that enhance seller onboarding and post-launch support. Your role will involve identifying key areas for improvement and developing mechanisms to reduce supply chain costs and defects. You will lead initiatives that require collaboration across multiple business verticals, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process. You will also be responsible for setting up go-to-market avenues and operating mechanisms that facilitate effective reviews and feedback loops.
