You understand the importance of building relationships and are skilled at advising clients on best practices. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively. You are proactive and enjoy guiding customers through processes, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with teams across different time zones. You are passionate about helping clients succeed and are relentless in your pursuit of excellence.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at RemoFirst, you will be responsible for advising and proactively guiding customers through the global employment process. You will support their onboarding onto the RemoFirst platform, ensuring they understand how to utilize the tools available to them. You will be their primary point of contact for any future needs, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to challenges they may face. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Finance teams to deliver a world-class experience for clients. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also gather feedback to help shape the development of our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
