As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at RemoFirst, you will be responsible for advising and proactively guiding customers through the global employment process. You will support their onboarding onto the RemoFirst platform, ensuring they understand how to utilize the tools available to them. You will be their primary point of contact for any future needs, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to challenges they may face. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Finance teams to deliver a world-class experience for clients. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also gather feedback to help shape the development of our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
