What you'll do

In this role, you will take on the responsibility of leading engineering initiatives within the TW Engineering team — your primary focus will be on architecting and developing core services that support Coupang's mission to revolutionize e-commerce. You will collaborate closely with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across various domains. Your leadership will guide the team in adopting best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes.
