Figure is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to lead DeFi Solutions and Partnerships. You'll work with blockchain technology and Web3 institutions to drive innovative financial products. This role requires deep knowledge of DeFi and strong relationship management skills.
You are a deeply crypto native, DeFi obsessed operator with a strong background in business development and solutions architecture. You have extensive experience working with Web3 and crypto native institutions, and you thrive in building relationships with leading protocols and on-chain funds. Your passion for blockchain technology drives you to explore innovative solutions that reshape capital markets.
You possess a strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) and its implications for the financial industry. You are adept at navigating complex partnerships and have a proven track record of successfully managing relationships with various stakeholders in the crypto space. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with partners is one of your key strengths.
You have a strategic mindset and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that the solutions you develop align with market needs and leverage the latest advancements in blockchain technology.
