DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead for their DashMart team in St. Petersburg, FL. You'll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure high-quality order fulfillment. This role requires experience in fast-paced environments and leadership skills.
You have experience in fast-paced, physical environments and are excited to engage in day-to-day operations. As a motivated individual, you excel in leading teams and ensuring that operations run smoothly. You take ownership of your assigned shifts, maintaining accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets. You understand the importance of safety and cleanliness in a warehouse environment and are committed to delivering high-quality service to customers.
Experience in a local-fulfillment center or similar environment is a plus. You are comfortable working in a light-prep kitchen and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to maintaining quality standards. You thrive in a role that requires both leadership and hands-on involvement in operations.
As a Shift Lead at DoorDash, you will guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works safely and productively. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, maintaining inventory, and preparing food in a light-prep kitchen when necessary. Your role will involve communicating with customers to resolve any issues that arise and ensuring that Dasher pickups go smoothly. You will take ownership of your shifts, overseeing warehouse and kitchen processes, and ensuring that all operations meet company standards.

You will work closely with Site Management to ensure that all aspects of the operation run efficiently and effectively.
