Databricks is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead go-to-market campaigns in Fortune 500 accounts. You'll leverage your expertise in Big Data and Advanced Analytics to drive value-based growth. This role requires strong sales experience and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Who you are

You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in leading go-to-market campaigns, particularly within Fortune 500 accounts. You understand how to sell innovation and change, guiding deals forward to compress decision cycles. Your passion for understanding products in depth allows you to effectively communicate value to customers and system integrators. You have a strong point of view on Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI, which informs your execution strategy and helps you provide genuine value to clients.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, building relationships with CIOs, IT executives, and other key stakeholders. Your ability to drive value-based growth within accounts is complemented by your skills in expanding the company's footprint into new business units and use cases. You are results-oriented, consistently exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.

Desirable

Experience in the Unified Data Analytics and AI space is a plus, as is familiarity with the competitive landscape. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and have a knack for understanding customer needs and aligning them with innovative solutions.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts in the Southwest region of the United States. You will engage with enterprise clients under the CME umbrella, leveraging your expertise to drive value-based growth.
