What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders and the Talent Attraction team to enhance Veeva's early career hiring programs, specifically focusing on Generation Veeva, which targets recent graduates across various departments. You will analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of current hiring practices and identify areas for improvement. Your insights will help shape the future development needs of the organization, ensuring that Veeva attracts and retains top talent. You will work closely with the Recruitment team to integrate data-driven approaches into the hiring process, moving away from traditional resume-based screening methods. Your role will involve evaluating the impact of these changes on hiring quality and efficiency, providing regular updates to leadership on your findings. You will also contribute to creating a positive candidate experience by ensuring that the recruitment process is seamless and engaging. Your analytical skills will be crucial in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
