Who you are

You have a strong background in sales development and program management, with a focus on building and optimizing outbound sales strategies. You understand the importance of structured sales plays and have experience in developing clear action paths for SDR scenarios. Your ability to partner with regional leaders ensures that SDRs are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. You are adept at creating guides and resources that enhance SDR skills and drive performance.

Desirable

Experience in a technology company or a fast-paced sales environment is a plus. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are a proactive communicator who can effectively collaborate with various teams to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing outbound sales plays that drive pipeline creation across the global SDR organization. You will develop outbound strategies that align with verticals and buyer personas, ensuring that SDRs have the necessary guidance to execute effectively.
