You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, particularly in building production systems that handle complex data workflows. Your expertise in Java allows you to design high-performance applications, and you understand the intricacies of optimizing queries and data layouts for efficiency. You are comfortable collaborating in distributed international teams and possess strong communication skills, with an advanced level of English proficiency.
Your experience extends to managing data-intensive infrastructure, where you have successfully implemented solutions that enhance data quality and performance. You stand out if you have experience designing usage and billing systems, showcasing your ability to handle complex business requirements. Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is a plus, as it complements your backend skill set and allows you to contribute to various projects effectively.
