You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Trading, Accounting, and Risk, to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions. Your understanding of SQL enables you to work effectively with databases and reporting systems, ensuring firm-wide data visibility. Desirable

Experience with trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, reconciliation, and settlements, is a plus. What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and reporting systems that support various business teams. Your responsibilities will include developing backend services and APIs that support the full trade lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. You will work closely with the Operations team to enhance trade processing workflows and improve data accuracy across the organization. Regular interaction with senior leadership will provide you with insights into the strategic direction of the firm, allowing you to align your technical solutions with business objectives.

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to internal systems, ensuring minimal disruption to trading operations. Your role will involve continuous monitoring and optimization of system performance, as well as implementing best practices for software development and deployment. You will contribute to the overall success of the firm by delivering high-quality solutions that enhance transparency and efficiency in post-trade processes.
