Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic leader to join AWS Cloud Logistics (ACL) as Senior Manager of Onboarding & Payments Operations. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end management of supplier and logistics service provider (LSP) onboarding, integration, and payment enablement within our global network.

You will drive the strategy and execution of partner onboarding processes, own payment enablement workflows, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to optimize our systems and processes. This position requires strong understanding of global payment systems, excellence in cross-functional collaboration, and robust analytical skills. The role directly influences ACL's ability to scale globally, managing thousands in payment transactions and the integration of key logistics partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry, knowledge of international flows, and familiarity with cloud products. The candidate will haves strong leadership capabilities, demonstrated through Amazon's Leadership Principles, and a proven track record of building and scaling operations teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and tracking key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with global financial regulations and AWS policies. This role offers the opportunity to make significant impact on ACL's growth and operational excellence while developing and leading a critical function within our organization.· BA/BS degree in business, law, supply chain or related field
· 5+ years’ experience in a payments, audits, performing vendor management, contract management, or bidding
· 5+ years Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain management experience
· 3+ years managing a team
· 2+ years of experience with project management· MBA/MS/JD or Equivalent business or supply chain-related discipline
· Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
· PMP certification or experience in Project Management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $146,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $242,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
